Our website provides custom-made and ready-made snow globes and related products.
2. Products & Pricing
We offer a range of ready-made and customised snow globes.
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable.
We make every reasonable effort to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, colours, dimensions and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to:
- differences between individual handmade products;
- manufacturing processes;
- screen and monitor settings;
- lighting and photography; and
- the nature of customised or personalised products.
Prices may change from time to time. Any price change will not affect an order that has already been accepted and paid for.
We reserve the right to correct genuine pricing or product description errors before an order is accepted.
3. Custom & Personalised Products
Where a product is customised or personalised according to information, artwork, text, photographs or other instructions supplied by you, you are responsible for ensuring that the information supplied to us is accurate and suitable for use.
We may contact you to clarify or confirm customisation details where reasonably necessary.
Custom or personalised products may differ slightly from digital previews or supplied images due to manufacturing and production processes.
Where a customer supplies artwork, photographs, logos, names, text or other materials, the customer confirms that they have the necessary rights and permissions to provide those materials to us and authorise us to use them for the purpose of fulfilling the order.
We reserve the right to refuse customisation requests that we reasonably consider unlawful, inappropriate, defamatory, infringing or otherwise unsuitable for production.
4. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you confirm that:
- you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
- the information you provide is accurate, current and complete;
- you have authority to use the payment method provided; and
- you have reviewed your order before submitting it.
Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed by us in writing.
We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include credit cards, PayPal and other third-party payment services.
Payment processing may be handled by third-party payment providers. We do not store your complete payment card details on our own servers.
An order is not accepted until we have confirmed the order or otherwise commenced processing it.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship within Australia and may offer international shipping to selected destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout where applicable.
Estimated delivery timeframes are provided as a guide only and may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, carrier, customs processes and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
As a general guide:
Australian deliveries: approximately 3–7 business days after dispatch.
International deliveries: may take up to approximately 21 business days or longer depending on the destination, customs and shipping conditions.
Once an order has been dispatched, tracking information will generally be provided where tracking is available.
We are not responsible for delays caused by postal or courier services, customs authorities or other circumstances outside our reasonable control. However, nothing in this section limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
6. Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Products
We take care to package our products appropriately for delivery.
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, defective or materially different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs or other information that may help us assess the issue.
You do not lose your rights under the Australian Consumer Law because you do not notify us within a particular number of days.
Depending on the circumstances and the nature of the problem, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or other remedy under the Australian Consumer Law.
Where appropriate, we may ask you to return the product so that we can inspect or assess it.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits or excludes any consumer guarantee, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
7. Change of Mind & Returns
If you simply change your mind about a purchase, you are not automatically entitled to a refund under the Australian Consumer Law.
For standard, non-personalised products, we may accept change-of-mind returns at our discretion, provided the product:
- is unused;
- is in its original condition;
- is in its original packaging where reasonably possible; and
- is returned within 30 days of delivery.
Where we agree to a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.
Any refund for an approved change-of-mind return will generally exclude the original shipping cost.
Custom or personalised products
Because customised or personalised products are made specifically for you, we generally do not accept change-of-mind returns for these products.
However, this does not affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law where a customised or personalised product is faulty, defective, damaged, does not match its description or otherwise fails to meet a consumer guarantee.
8. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated, the content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos, designs, illustrations, product images, branding and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Go Seek Productions Pty Ltd.

You remain responsible for ensuring that you have permission to use any third-party material supplied to us.
We will not knowingly reproduce material that infringes another person's intellectual property rights.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for loss or damage arising from your use of this website or products purchased from us, except where such liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
