2. Products & Pricing
We offer various snowglobe designs available for purchase. All prices are listed in AUD and include GST, where applicable. Prices may change without notice but will not affect confirmed orders. We strive to display accurate product descriptions and images, but colors and designs may vary slightly from the images due to the handmade nature of some items.
3. Ordering & Payment
By placing an order, you agree that:
- You are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.
- All details you provide to us for the purpose of purchasing goods are accurate, current, and complete.
Payments are accepted via major credit cards, PayPal, and other payment gateways as displayed at checkout. Payment must be made in full at the time of purchase. We use secure third-party payment processors, and no payment information is stored on our servers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within Australia and to select international locations. Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Once an order is dispatched, you will receive tracking information via email.
- Domestic Shipping: Typically 3–7 business days.
- International Shipping: Can take up to 21 business days, depending on customs and shipping logistics.
Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and weight of the items. The Snowglobe Company is not responsible for delays caused by carriers or customs clearance processes.
5. Returns & Refunds
We are committed to your satisfaction and abide by Australian Consumer Law in the case of faulty goods. Please note:
- If your snowglobe arrives damaged, you must notify us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage. We will provide a replacement or refund.
- Custom or personalized snowglobes are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
- For change of mind returns, goods must be returned in unused condition within 30 days. A refund will be issued, excluding any shipping costs.
6. Intellectual Property
The Snowglobe Company owns the intellectual property rights for all materials on this website, including text, images, and graphics. You may access the website for personal use but must not reproduce, distribute, or exploit any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
